Heritage Inn Hotel

Visiting our granddaughter at school in Watertown. Heritage Inn was very convenient for us. Room was large and comfortable. Bed were also very comfortable. Cleanliness and amenities were quite good. Will definitely come back.

The rooms were nice and clean. Room had bottles of water and bags of chips. The air conditioner worked great. The place is quiet and has a home feeling. The staff was wonderful very helpful with whatever you may need. I would definitely stay again and let others know they should check this hotel out. It's on main street near many shops and pub and grills. If in the area you should have a stay. My dog was welcome which was nice.

Gem in hiding! The proprietor and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got a king + hot-tub at a great rate. I’m quite wary of hot-tubs generally, but it was actually really nice, and I’m writing this days later. Even though the building may have seen slightly better days, our room smelled and felt clean, in addition to being quite spacious. Other guests were friendly and quiet. Lots of food options nearby. We liked the Mexican place we chose. If I need to be in the area again, I’d go back!

The hotel owner and staff were so courteous and helpful to my brother who was in between places November through December 2025. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I had a very good experience during my 15-day experience here. This was my third stay at this hotel I have always had a good experience without any negative issues. Management and staff are very friendly and understandable. Despite my arriving two days before my original scheduled arrival date, booking another room for a family member for one night, and leaving a day early, management was very friendly, understanding, cooperative, and fair in taking care of our needs.

We were in town for a night away. Room was clean and tidy. We stayed in the hot tub room. The hot tub was spacious. The owner was more than accommodating..

I called them at 2 am, and reserved my room. Extremely helpful staff. They are available 24/7. Best rate in town and very clean rooms. The Front desk staff always has a smile. Rooms are very clean. They have always been the best ever since i started booking with them.

We were in Watertown for my mom's burial service, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We were given a room with extra space for visitors, as several family members were staying there. Everyone was friendly and very eager to make sure we were comfortable. Such a great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and churches.
